Cookie Policy

Last updated: May 2026

1. Overview

This Cookie Policy explains how Yummoria uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies. Yummoria currently uses these technologies mainly for authentication, security, consent storage, and basic service operation. Yummoria does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party advertising pixels.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and security tokens used by web applications. Some are strictly necessary for a service to work. Others, such as analytics or marketing cookies, may require consent depending on applicable law.

3. Categories used by Yummoria

Strictly necessary

These are required to provide Yummoria and cannot be disabled through Yummoria's cookie controls.

Analytics

Yummoria may use Umami for privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics.

TechnologyProviderPurposeTypical duration
Cookie-free analytics Umami Understand aggregate page views and product usage without advertising profiles No analytics cookie set by Yummoria

Yummoria's analytics configuration should remain cookie-free unless the cookie banner and consent logic are updated.

Marketing and advertising

Yummoria does not currently use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party marketing trackers. If this changes, Yummoria will update this policy and collect consent before loading non-essential marketing technologies where required.

4. Consent

Yummoria shows a cookie notice explaining that essential cookies are used for authentication and that analytics are cookie-free. The current app stores dismissal of the cookie notice in browser local storage under a Yummoria consent key. If non-essential cookies are introduced later, the notice will be upgraded to provide accept and reject choices before those cookies load.

5. Managing cookies

You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent login, checkout, account management, or other Yummoria features from working. Useful browser controls include clearing cookies and site data for yummoria.com, blocking third-party cookies, using private browsing mode, and reviewing site permissions and storage in browser settings.

6. Third-party pages

Some workflows, such as authentication or payment, may open or embed third-party services. Those providers may set their own cookies according to their own policies:

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when providers, cookie categories, consent behaviour, or browser-storage behaviour changes.
